There is currently a working party consisting of parents, staff and governors, auditing current provision and using this infornation to set out a clear plan of action to ensure equality in the six strands of diversity: race, religion and belief, sexual orientation, disability, age and gender (including transgender).
This is an important document because it will ensure absolute fairness for all groups within the school community. The school would welcome comments and thoughts that may help us shape the policy.
